By functional fabric, TallGuys means recycled micro polyamide with added elastane. It is stretchy, quick-drying and resistant to chlorine, sea salt and UV rays, so it keeps its shape and colour in the water and out of it. We use it for elongated men’s swim shorts that handle the pool, the sea and sport.

Plastic bottles are first thoroughly cleaned and processed into tiny nylon particles. These become recycled micro polyamide, which TallGuys uses to sew swim shorts. This way we reduce our carbon footprint and the amount of waste that would otherwise end up in landfills or oceans - and you get swim shorts with a clear conscience.

Polyamide was originally developed as an alternative to silk, which is why it is extremely soft and pleasant on the skin. TallGuys micro polyamide swim shorts are comfortable to wear all day by the water. Added elastane brings stretch, so they move with you while swimming, jumping into the water or playing sport on the beach.

Yes. Thanks to the multifunctional fabric and minimalist design, TallGuys swim shorts also work as shorts for leisure or sport. They dry quickly and have two side pockets plus a back pocket with a YKK auto-lock zip. So you can head straight from the beach into town or off to sport.

Stretchy micro polyamide adapts to your body and keeps its shape, so the swim shorts fit even when you move. TallGuys makes them in two lengths, Classic and Long, so a tall man can choose where his shorts end. An elastic waist with a drawcord and an inner mesh add all-day comfort.

Wash TallGuys functional swim shorts at up to 40 °C without bleach and let them air-dry naturally. You can iron them at up to 120 °C and, if needed, have them dry-cleaned. That way the chlorine- and salt-resistant fabric stays in top form for many seasons.
