EXCHANGE, RETURNS, COMPLAINTS

“Clothing purchased from October 7, 2025, can be exchanged until January 31, 2026.”
We understand that sometimes the size or fit doesn’t match, or plans simply change. That’s why we give you plenty of time to try everything at home and make your decision comfortably.
STEP 1
Click on the form you need. Fill in a few basic details and submit it.
STEP 2
- Pack unworn and clean clothing into the original packaging.
- Include your order number (found in your email / invoice).
- Pack everything carefully to avoid damage.
STEP 3
Send the packed goods via a courier.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN CONDITIONS
You can return items within 14 days, or exchange them within 30 days of receipt – no reason required.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- They must have tags and original packaging.
- You pay the shipping to us; we cover the return shipping.
- Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted – they will be automatically returned.
- Send directly to our address. We do not accept parcels at pick-up points.
COMPLAINT CONDITIONS
Please refer to the legal procedures in the complaint policy (below this section), which outlines the rights and obligations of both the seller and the buyer.
If a defect occurs in purchased goods, the customer has the right to make a complaint. A defect includes, for example, changes in the properties of the goods caused by unsuitable or poor-quality materials, failure to follow manufacturing technology, or inappropriate design solutions. Changes in the properties of goods resulting from normal wear, improper use, insufficient or unsuitable maintenance, natural material changes, damage by the user or third parties, or other improper interventions are not considered defects. Complaints do not cover defects caused by improper use or abnormal wear.
