Loyalty Program - TallGuys FAMILY
We present our TallGuys loyalty program. For our regular and loyal customers, we offer a bonus program for purchases and other activities (registration, newsletter subscription). The amount you pay will automatically be converted into points 25 CZK = 1 point / 1 EUR = 1 point. Only registered customers can collect points.
When will my points be credited?
Bonus points are credited 60 days after payment of the order. Conversely, points are deducted if the order is canceled or returned.
How can I earn bonus points?
You earn bonus points for every completed and paid purchase. The more you shop, the more points you get.
How to redeem points?
In step 3 of the checkout – right under personal information – you’ll find a field to use your Loyalty Program points.

Combining with discount coupons
You CANNOT use points and a discount coupon / gift voucher on the same order.
My points overview
The overview of your earned bonus points is always available from the “Login” page by clicking on “My Account” in the top-right corner of our e-shop. After logging in, you can see your total bonus points based on completed purchases. After each use of points, the number is immediately deducted from your bonus account.
What if I buy a product without using points and decide to return it? What happens to the earned points?
If you return a purchased product, the corresponding points will also be returned. Your points will be recalculated back to their original state.
What about the validity of my points?
Your bonus points are valid for 365 days. Don’t worry, we will notify you before your points expire.
Additional information
Bonus points do not have any real monetary value. We reserve the right to change program parameters or cancel it at any time. In case of program abuse or fraud, penalties may include suspension of the right to participate. When exchanging goods, bonus points CANNOT be used!
