Loyalty program – TallGuys FAMILY
We introduce the TallGuys loyalty program. For our regular customers, we offer a bonus program for purchases and other activities (registration, newsletter subscription). The amount you pay is automatically converted into points 1 € = 1 point. Points can only be collected by registered customers.
When will my points be credited?
Bonus points are credited 60 days after the order is paid. If an order is cancelled or returned, points are deducted.
How can I earn bonus points?
You earn bonus points for every completed and paid purchase. The more you shop with us, the more points you earn.
How to redeem points?
In the 3rd step of checkout – right below personal details – you’ll find a field to apply your loyalty points.
1 point = 0.04 € discount.
1 point = 0.04 € discount.
Combining with discount codes
In one order, it is NOT POSSIBLE to use points and also apply a discount code / gift voucher.
My points overview
Your points overview is always available from the “Login” page and by clicking “My account” in the top right corner of our e-shop. After logging in, you’ll see your total points based on completed purchases. After each redemption, points are deducted immediately from your bonus balance.
What if I return a product bought without using points? What happens to the earned points?
If you return a purchased product, the points are returned as well. Your points will be recalculated back to the original state.
And what about the validity of my points?
Your points are valid for 365 days. Don’t worry — we’ll let you know in advance before they expire.
Additional information
Points have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the program parameters at any time or cancel it. In case of misuse or fraud, sanctions may include suspension of participation in the program. When exchanging goods, it is NOT POSSIBLE to redeem points.
