Meet the TallGuys loyalty program. We reward our regular and loyal customers with bonus points for purchases and other activity (signing up, subscribing to our newsletter). The amount you pay is automatically converted into points: € 1 = 1 point. Only registered customers can collect points.

Points are credited automatically once your order has been delivered. You earn 1 point for every €1 spent.

On top of points for purchases, we occasionally add extra bonus points, for example during special promotions. We'll let you know about current promotions by email and on our website.

In step 3 of the checkout – right below your personal details – you'll find a field for using your loyalty program points.
1 point = € 0.04 off.

The rules for combining points with discount codes may vary from promotion to promotion. You'll always see the specific conditions in the cart, or you can email us at info@tallguys.cz.

Log in and open the Points overview section of your account to see your current balance. You can also see how many points you can use directly in the cart.

If you return an item, we deduct the points earned on the returned products. Any points you redeemed on that order are credited back to your account.

Points are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date they are credited. Unused points expire after this period.

Bonus points have no real monetary value. We reserve the right to change the terms of the program or discontinue it at any time. In the event of misuse of the program or fraud, the customer's right to take part in the program will be suspended. Bonus points CANNOT be redeemed on exchanges.
