How can I exchange or return items?
If an item doesn’t fit for any reason, you can exchange it within 30 days or return it within 14 days. Fill in the form and pack the unworn clothing in its original packaging along with your order number. Carefully pack everything and send the items using PPL, GLS, DPP, Czech Post, or Zásilkovna to our address. You can find the form and more details here: Exchange, Return & Complaints.
Which size should I choose?
Our clothing cuts are adapted to different heights:
Men
Classic: 175 - 190 cm
Long: 185 - 200 cm
Extra Long: 200 - 215 cm
Split: 180 - 205 cm
Extended: 185 - 210 cm
Women
Classic: 165 - 175 cm
Medium: 170 - 180 cm
Long: 175 - 185 cm
Extra Long: 180 - 190 cm

Can a gift voucher be used for two orders?
Unfortunately, you cannot use 2 or more vouchers in one order.
We recommend the following procedure:
- create one order,
- choose bank transfer as payment
- and do not pay the order.
- Send us the voucher numbers along with the order number to info@tallguys.cz and we will apply them to your order.
- We will send you confirmation and any additional payment details.
If the order price is lower, the voucher balance will not be refunded. We therefore recommend adding an item to fully use your voucher.
