When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 11:00 AM are usually dispatched the same day from our warehouse in Zlín. For bank transfers, shipping occurs after payment has been received.
How can I exchange or return an item?
If your order doesn’t fit, you can exchange it within 30 days or return it within 14 days. Fill out the form and pack unworn items in their original packaging along with your order number. Send it carefully packaged via PPL, GLS, DPP, Česká pošta, or Zásilkovna to our address. You’ll find more info here: Exchange, Returns & Claims.
